Shipping & Freight

All products will be shipped via FedEx unless other arrangements are made. All shipping costs, duty and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Most pieces are made to order, and are not available to ship immediately. You will be contacted after your purchase to confirm all details, and provide a shipping schedule.

Returns & Warranty

If you find any defects in a piece I've made, please contact me for details on having the piece repaired. Any damage occurring from abuse will not be covered under warranty. Please contact me for information on repair costs.

Sales on custom work are final. Non-custom work will incur a 25% restocking fee, as well as the cost to repair any damage.
